马爱国,教授,博士生导师,51cg今日吃瓜热门大瓜营养与健康研究院院长。曾为国务院学位委员会公共卫生与预防医学学科评议组成员;现为中国营养学会常务副理事长,中国营养学会海洋食品营养与健康分会主任委员,国家卫生健康标准委员会营养标准分委会副主任委员。
长期从事人群营养与健康的科研和教学工作。曾在维生素营养、抗氧化营养,孕妇营养、老年营养、营养与疾病防治等方面开展了营养流行病学调查研究和社区营养改善工作。曾多次赴英国、美国、荷兰、丹麦等国家开展科研合作、讲学及学术交流。先后承担多项国家、省部级以及国际合作项目;已培养博士、硕士研究生100余名,在中外文期刊上发表论文及国际学术会议上交流论文200余篇;参与组织完成了“食物与健康-科学证据共识”一书的证据收集和评价,已由人民卫生出版社出版。
