2019级预防一班这两周读书会的主题是“光影律动”，每位同学都准备充足，有感而发，分享了自己喜欢的电影和音乐。
某位名人曾说，“电影让我们的生命延长了三倍”。从黑白到彩色，电影这方小小的屏幕闪烁在我们心中，有着不曾改变的惊喜，它是身临其境，是恍若隔世，是自己和自己的悄悄话，是人类共鸣的交响曲……同学们分享了各种类型的电影，在短短的几个小时中，给我们带来了如此丰富的感受。
有的电影温暖，细腻地治愈着小确丧。真正的友谊总会战胜黑暗的邪恶，《圆梦巨人》中那个好心眼的巨人，把五颜六色瓶瓶罐罐里奇幻的梦，送给每个熟睡的孩子们，温暖了苏菲，也温暖了你我。他是一名退役的特工，是一个绝望的准爸爸，是赴汤蹈火的大叔，最后小萝莉得救了，他的生活也被小米一个拥抱点亮了，这就是铁血柔情的《孤胆特工》。《浪矢解忧杂货店》，电影里这是一家穿越时空的杂货店，跨越33年的人们在店里以书信交流着，店主浪矢雄治用永远真诚的回答改变了收信人的命运，关于梦想、关于坚守、关于救赎。《放牛班的春天》中音乐老师马修用合唱给了“池塘底”的问题少年们一个明媚的春天，旋律久久流淌在心间，感动与回忆难以消弭。
不是所有的人都能被温柔以待，生活很多时候是残酷的。贫穷的残酷让《何以为家》中12岁的赞恩控告父母不要再生孩子，给他带来痛苦。战争的残酷让《穿条纹睡衣的男孩》中纳粹与犹太的孩子们纯粹的友情被毒害。阶级差距的残酷让《寄生虫》中寄生者与被寄生者都归于悲剧。独裁的残酷让《大独裁者》中的自由变得遥不可及。疾病的残酷让《返老还童》中本杰明·巴顿与正常生活告别。模式化的残酷让我们觉醒，《楚门的世界》中楚门走出了那个不真实的世界，而我们终其一生都在其中徘徊，无法或无力去追寻梦想，最终落憾于被设定的世界。
有的电影让我们从非白即黑中反思，如《白色房间》、《我们与恶的距离》，启迪我们要打破常规，换个角度看世界，多个角度看事件；有的电影励志，如《摔跤吧，爸爸》，告诉我们不要在意世俗眼光，严格要求，抵制诱惑，金子总会发光；有的电影探讨了母爱、女权与梦想，如《神秘巨星》；有的电影反乌托邦，如《移动迷宫》，人生如迷宫，层层剥开才可见其中鲜血淋漓；有的电影充满医学伦理与人文关怀，如《周一清晨》。
“乐”和“药”的繁体字只差一个草字头，音乐既是无字的情感，也是治愈的良药。正如《史记》中评价其“通流精神而和正心也”。同学们在分享的过程中都播放了音频或视频，让听者大饱耳福。
既有beyond乐队《光辉岁月》的热血沸腾，GALA乐队《追梦赤子心》的热泪盈眶，还有《为了你，祖国母亲》的热忱满腔。
《yesterday once more》让往事总是浮现眼前；《清新的小女孩》让昨日总是感慨万千；陈奕迅的《十年》是感情中最心痛的“再见”；毛不易的《二零三》是对出租屋的怀念，催人入眠；酷玩乐队的《daddy》是对父亲的思念，让人想到父爱绵绵。
千与千寻片尾曲《亲爱的旅人啊》是一支镇定剂，安抚烦躁的心；新潮的彩虹合唱团的《彩虹》是一首优美的诗，感人又温暖；米津玄师的《lemon》是一颗苦涩的柠檬，蓄满亲人离世的悲伤；闻香识女人中探戈曲《Por Una Cabeza》与《十面埋伏》中古典舞《佳人曲》都是一帧帧的画面，带着见之忘俗的美感。
冰雪女王一曲《let it go》激励自卑的人勇敢起来，做回自己；《thank ful》这首“开口跪”的R&B歌曲，让迷茫的人重新认识自己，更好看向前方；华晨宇的《好想爱这个世界啊》给抑郁症患者带去了力量。
很多名人都热爱音乐。爱因斯坦会演奏小提琴，陈丹青也非常喜欢古典音乐。音乐一点一滴、潜移默化地影响着我们。不论是《静静的顿河》，还是《我最好朋友的婚礼》，不论是理查德·克莱德曼的钢琴曲，还是尼古拉·德·安捷罗斯的吉他曲，总有一种律动能叩击我们的心弦，引起情感的共鸣。

Head teacher Li told us Einstein can play the violin and Chen Danqing likes classical music. Whether the play "Quiet flows the Don”, or “ my best friend's wedding ", whether the Richard Clayderman’s piano or Nicolas De Angelis’s guitar solo, there is always a kind of rhythm can taps us, causing emotional resonance.
